Pre-Press
Whether a client provides own artwork, or requires a label designed from scratch, Label Leaders' in-house art department can assist you in creating a label most suitable to your product and brand image - taking into consideration cost-effectiveness, adhesive selection and other relevant factors.
Before going to print, the artwork is checked to ensure correct layout, content information and colours.
Press
Label Leaders boasts a range of top quality machinery to address the diverse requirements of all major label types across the wine, dairy, cosmetic and other retail industries.
Sophisticated technology includes:
- Mark Andy 2200 XL 8-colour UV Flexo press (250mm wide) produces cold foil, rotary silkscreening, laminating, UV varnishing and die-cutting - all inline
- Mark Andy Scout 8-colour UV Flexo press (10 inch wide) is capable of doing cold foil, laminating, UV varnishing and die-cutting - all in line
- Rotocontrol EDM200 semi-rotary, servo-driven over-printing UV Flexo press
- Off-line, in-register hotfoil and embossing machine
- Mark Andy 830 Flexo press
- Flexo die-cutter

Printing can be done on any commercially used self-adhesive papers including specialty wine label papers, polypropylene and polyethylene in clear, white and metallic formats as well as conventional self-adhesive papers - cast-coated, semi-gloss and uncoated.
Post-Press
The two Rotoflex rewinders, and two table rewinders, ensure that labels are perfectly spaced and rewound on paper rolls, and ready to be fed into an applicator machine.
The final product is couriered to your door by UTI Sun Couriers, each package tracked individually on-line for customer convenience and assurance.
